There was a couple items we requested to have replaced and our sales representative Kyle White said he would make sure the items would be taken care of and they were. Teresa Smith was very knowledgeable and resourceful on financing and the extended warranties offered. At the end of the day, we drove off with a beautiful red ruby Lincoln MKZ and if it were not for Kyle saying things would be taken care of, we would have looked else where. Kyle met our needs as a customer. Kyle never made us feel pressured to buy. In fact the pressure was on him to get us the best deal we could. Job well done! Oh and the car.... it is catches everyone’s eye!! More
