He explained everything and was very thorough in discussing options, etc, but also a very nice gentleman to work with. Everyone at Northside, especially those I rated, are awesome, genuine individuals but Brent was the cherry on top of the cake. Since I never get to drive Momma’s Lexus, my next vehicle will be my very own (Northside) Lexus. PS - Tanner in the Service Dept is also a true gem and a class act. More

Lance had Donnie Holcomb do searches and call me back the next day with several. reasonable fits to our criteria. The rest they say is history. Not only did Donnie go out of his way to handle the sale, he delivered the “certified” used car to our friend on a Saturday morning because it was cold and raining.
