The customer service reps in the service center were helpful. My primary complaint is that there is very limited service for tires and it makes the roadside assistance much less helpful. I have to pay for AAA still because of the limited ability at Hyundai to patch tires. When I used my Hyundai Roadside Assistance for the first time, they re-filled a tire that had a hole in it. It went flat again within a few hours, and I had to have it re-towed to America's Tire, where they identified the problem and patched it within 30 minutes. The sales department misrepresented the usefulness of hyundais roadside assistance. Additionally, I've had multiple issues with the sales department. They misrepresented the partnership program with Electrify America, and have not responded to my email or in-person request to be contacted by the manager. This is frustrating and unethical. More
