I have purchased several new cars throughout my life and have always found the process to be uncomfortable and extremely stressful. My experience with Larry was completely opposite! He was knowledgeable and easy-going and not-at-all high pressure. He made me feel that he sincerely had my best interests at heart and he treated me like a friend. Never has a car salesman remained in contact with me after the purchase, but Larry has stayed in touch and answered multiple calls from me as I learn all the features of my new vehicle. He's genuinely a great guy and I am grateful to know him and would highly recommend him and Lithia Hyundai. More

I came in to have my car looked at and ended up buying a car. Larry was great, but once he saw the deal was sealed, I never saw him again. He didn't even congratulate me if thank me. Matt sat with me during the time waiting on congratulate and was amazing. David in finance is a little gruff, and would not listen to me. I wouldn't recommend speaking to him again. I found several dental etc after I did my carfax report which were not disclosed. Larry refused to fix it over compensate me in any of it, even i just spent 180000 on a car. Not very good customer service. More
