It seems like my car was forgotten in the mix of a busy day. I dropped it off for a scheduled 1230 and they didn't have the car ready till 520 same day. It has unfortunately not been reliable prescheduling appointments and getting out at a reasonable time. I will just count on picking up end of day as this has happened more than once. I am happy with the service and the service staff has been pleasant. More

Took my 11 yr old Subaru for second opinion at Maple Hill. They agreed transmission was the issue and gave detailed report. Their diagnosis matched my mechanic’s assessment. Maple Hill was able to find Hill. They agreed transmission was the issue and gave detailed report. Their diagnosis matched my mechanic’s assessment. Maple Hill was able to find a used transmission with 90,000 miles to put in my 160,000 mile car. It came with one year warranty. The price was good and worth the repair, given the current car market. They got the transmission in quickly and installed in two days. My car is running normally again. Thanks Maple Hill! More

Convenient from highway. Personnel were friendly, greeted me warmly, and ran through the inspection slowly after the work was completed.
