I was told my service would normally take three hours and would begin when a tech got free to start on it. My Subaru had an airbag recall and decided to take it to the dealership to get it replaced. The whole process only took about two hours just as they estimated and throughout the wait andthe staff was polite the dealership to get it replaced. Why I am rating my experience a 3 star is due to the fact that the mechanics scratched and scuffed my Subaru's dashboard during the replacement process. More
