My experience at New Century Honda was excellent. From beginning, when my car broke down, to the end when i decided to get a new one, i was met with professionalism, reasonable offers, and patience, which beginning, when my car broke down, to the end when i decided to get a new one, i was met with professionalism, reasonable offers, and patience, which were all necessary for a first-time new car owner. Service was great, everything was fixed quickly. My only issue was what I was quoted before work began and what they tried to charge me when I picked up the car had almost a $100 difference. At the time that I got my car from century Honda. Other Honda dealership was offering the same deal with much better price. Whe. I found out right away tried to contact the Manager but u fortunately his h Honda dealership was offering the same deal with much better price. Whe. I found out right away tried to contact the Manager but u fortunately his handling of my problem was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He even threatened me to call the cups on me. I will not buy anything else from this particular dealership at all. I could get the same deal from another Honda dealership $4500 cheaper. My next car won't be a Honda. The quality of the exterior paint is very bad as well. This dealership could give me a better service. But they chose to ignore all my complaints. I will not buy anything from them anything. I have told all my friends and co workers what happened. I have complained so many times but so far no one from Honda has called me to help me. So the whole Honda company is questionable. This is unfortunate because I have been driving Honda for the past 12 years. NOT ANY MORE. THAT'S MY DECISION. More
