I am extremely disappointed that I’ve had to bring my truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has pe truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has persisted. I just picked up the vehicle last week, and the issue has already started again today. This is a brand-new 2025 model, and it should not be experiencing any problems of this nature. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. More

1 of 2 services was somewhat completed. One - AC takes longer to get to cold on hot days. Was not an issue first two years of purchased. Technician stated AC blows cold. Not hot enough in early morning why the issue was not present. Two - driver side rear view mirror flaps/shakes when driving above 60 mph. Condition was known first few days of truck purchase. Technician stated that because of after market tires causes noise. Disappointed. Does not make noise and aftermarket tires does not affect wind hitting rear view mirror. Its annoying but not a deal breaker. 2023 and newer trucks are known to have this issue only on driver side. Should probably be a recall for this. More

This dealership is new to me I just moved here from out of state. I’ve dealt with Service Managers Anthony and now Leslie. They both were fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
