I enjoyed my purchase. "But"... I was told by my salesman that he ordered me floor mats although he had me check periodically to see if they had come in. I only received excuses. I ened up ordering a set from Amazon. Took 3 days !I also had to bring my jeep back several times for a noise in the front end. Mitch the service manager worked with me through the long process and multiple times I had to bring it back. Mitch was great. I couldn't say the same for the other members of the service department. While my vehicle was in the shop I made 4 or 5 calls to inquire to what was happening with my vehicle. I was told "let me me check and I will call you back" Well no one bothered to make that call. I had to call again and again. My experience at Mike Murphy was not all bad. I enjoy my vehicle now! and thanks to employees like Mitch my opinion was salvaged. I do think the lack of follow up from my salesperson regarding the floor mats and poor follow-up from the service staff effects the professionalism one would expect from a quality dealership. I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my vehicle due to them being behind on inspections and detailing. A little over a week after signing papers I received a letter from the lender that they were not agreeable to t behind on inspections and detailing. A little over a week after signing papers I received a letter from the lender that they were not agreeable to the terms submitted by the dealer and they were sending the dealer updated terms. I called the finance manager immediately to find out what the issue was. He had just left for lunch. I called again 2 hours later and was put into his voicemail and left a msg. 24 hours later I still had not received a call back and called again. The lady stated she would have him paged and after paging twice to no response I was again put into his voicemail and left a second msg. This was 1 week ago. I’m still waiting on that call back. Extremely poor customer service. More
