I live in Plano but Big Star Cadillac had a few demo's on their lot that had significant discounts so I made an appointment to drive down 4 hours to view and purchase one of the vehicles but when I got to on their lot that had significant discounts so I made an appointment to drive down 4 hours to view and purchase one of the vehicles but when I got to the dealership I was met with high pressure tactics to buy a new vehicle that I specifically asked my sells person not to do more than once. I was never shown any of the demo's that I specifically drove down 4hrs to see. During the test drive my sales person talked about her personal life and not about the features on the vehicle. Although I went ahead and purchased the new vehicle, it was not the great experience I was expecting when purchasing my first Cadillac. However, I am now enjoying my New Cadillac. Thank you! More
