I left a voicemail for Derek on Monday to call me about a question I had. He never returned my call so next day I spoke with a nice lady named Lorraine who found the answer to my question and made an appoint question I had. He never returned my call so next day I spoke with a nice lady named Lorraine who found the answer to my question and made an appointment. I brought the car in on Fri for service and went to pick it up that afternoon. I was told Derek had to handle the payment and in a somewhat rude manner the person behind the checkin counter told me I would just have to wait for Derek. He finally showed up about 15 minutes later and eventually I paid and retrieved my car. So from time I walked in to pick up my car it took 20+ minutes to leave BMW Of Sarasota for the last time. This business practice of no cashier and having to wait to check out with a service manager who usually tries to talk you into other services they say you “need” is why your reviews are not the best. More
