I can’t thank Ryan and the team at colonial enough for making my car buying experience absolutely top notch. I started texting Courtney regarding a certain vehicle and test driving it, I asked if I could making my car buying experience absolutely top notch. I started texting Courtney regarding a certain vehicle and test driving it, I asked if I could bring my Great Dane to make sure he fit and she didn’t even hesitate to say, Absolutely bring him in! I walked in with Sprocket and was immediately greeted by about 10 friendly employees all letting Sprocket get used to them, some even kneeling so he could sniff them as he’s a nervous dog. Ryan then introduced himself and said he would pull up the car, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t even need to say what car I was there for. He then gave me the option to go on the test drive with or without him, which was a relief to me! I’ve never owned a manual car so driving an unfamiliar car for the first time makes me nervous, it would have been worse if he was next to me! He made sure I knew the area and sent me on my way reassuring me to do whatever needed to make myself comfortable and to take all the time I needed. I loved the car and wanted to finance it but warned Ryan my credit was less than desirable but he reassured me they would do whatever possible to work with the banks for me. I gave him my desired down payment as well as my top dollar, and he didn’t try to convince me to put it all down immediately like has happened to me with other salesman. Actually, he said it before I did that it’s best to not even bring up the additional money unless it was necessary. He was honest the entire time! While we waited for the finance department to work their magic, my 150 pound Great Dane was allowed to stay with me inside the dealership the whole time. I let him off leash for a bit and he started to wander, I went to put him back on leash but I was told it was absolutely fine if he wanted to explore. So he proceeded to visit each office and as many people as he could find! They were so good to us and were so accommodating to my dogs needs. Due to my bad credit there was only one bank interested in giving me a loan, but they wanted more money. Ryan then mentioned the additional money which in turn made the bank want even more. He reiterated that was my top dollar and I would be walking away if they declined my final offer. I’m now the proud owner of a 2020 Hyundai Accent thanks to Ryan’s hard work as well as the awesome team behind him. After getting cut off, totaling my car, dealing with not having a car for almost two months and being stressed to the max, this was the easiest part of this entire ordeal. I will always come back to this dealership if I need another car and I will recommend them to anyone I can! More
