Awesome Service I was a waiting car service customer. The waiting area was great and the service was excellent. They even had fresh baked cookies, popcorn and coffee. Service horrible service they need to fix their scheduling system. Take your car for package oil change tire rotation and they don't do it they forget to in horrible service they need to fix their scheduling system. Take your car for package oil change tire rotation and they don't do it they forget to inflate the tires they don't watch the car you schedule an appointment by the time you get there they tell you that it's canceled! More

Second Impala totaled while parked In November, 2008 gentleman totaled my car in Oak Park, Illinois. In November, 2018 an uninsured teen without permission to drive her sister’s vehicl In November, 2008 gentleman totaled my car in Oak Park, Illinois. In November, 2018 an uninsured teen without permission to drive her sister’s vehicle totaled my car in front of my home. Both times, my totaled vehicle was towed to Currie Motors! Both times, with Christmas around the corner, I had not a dime - nothing to call mine but my paid off, totaled vehicle. Both times, gentleman at Currie Motors blessed me with a vehicle. I have another Impala thanks to Dred going to bat for me and pleading my case. More

Long wait time It took over two hours for service on an oil change. When I went to the service area to inquire about my vehicle it was sitting in the service area It took over two hours for service on an oil change. When I went to the service area to inquire about my vehicle it was sitting in the service area parking lot ready to go but no one told me that it was ready. If I didn't go to inquire when I did my wait time would have been three hours. The service person M. Castillo was rude. More
