Marcus in the Service Dept is the type of professional car owners hoped they would meet when they need to bring their car in for repairs: a consummate professional, bright, funny, honest, and he follows through will all of his promises. In all fairness, this is the type of professionalism that you will receive from the salespeople, service department, and mechanics. My next car will be from this dealership. After comparing multiple vehicles I could not refuse the amazing warrantee that Kia offers. I headed into Summit Pl., Kia Auburn Hills and met with David Lee. He was an amazing salesman. He got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and gave me no pressure in making my decision. I would recommend him hands-down. Shower out to Jason Demopoulos & Ken Vink in finance for bending over backwards to get the rate that I wanted for my loan. Another shout out to Eric Carlton in Costa Demopoulos for loaning me phone chargers when my cell phone died. You all treated me like family. Thank you so much! I really love my car!!! Also, I have worked with Marcus Rexford in the Service department over the last five years and I think he is an exceptional employee of Summit Pl., Kia as well. Instead of pushing me into the more expensive vehicle, he gave me the pros & cons of both & let me make the decision that was best for me. He gave me options and didnt push his own agenda on me. I couldnt be happier with my new vehicle & I'm so glad I went out of my way to visit that morning! More
