I absolutely hate buying a new car at a dealership....I always feel like I am most likely going to get blasted in a**, so needless to say my attitude as not great when my wife and I got there. I give credit to Josh in how he was able to handle the situation and my lack of enthusiasm. He was patient and helpful and got us in and out of there in no time. Josh helped through the entire purchase and stayed with us even though I know he had other appointments and people waiting for him. Marion Swain was also amazing. She made the entire process quick and easy and made us feel really good about our purchase. She took her time with us and made sure we understood everything. 2016 Toyota RAV4 I have always purchased a Toyota from the Oxnard dealership, and I decided to give Ventura a try and I am glad I did. Ramon Martinez was the salesman I have always purchased a Toyota from the Oxnard dealership, and I decided to give Ventura a try and I am glad I did. Ramon Martinez was the salesman that helped us and he was excellent. He helped me get the color that I wanted and worked on the price I was comfortable with. He was very attentive and didn't make me feel pressured to buy when I wasn't ready. Mike Perez was willing to negotiate and helped us find a price that we both agreed was fair. David Zuniga went out of his way to make sure the right car was delivered as soon as possible and was in good condition. Marion Swain was so helpful in explaining everything in the contract. She was very sweet and made sure we were treated right. Overall our experience at Toyota Ventura was very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to purchase here. More
