The team were extremely professional was straight to the point when it came on bringing my car. The staff inside the waiting room acknowledge you and made you feel welcome. I purchased a 2022 Toyota Avalon hybrid XSE Nightshade on June 18. Ever since I bought this car I have been experiencing rattling issues coming from the steering wheel and rattling coming from factory equipp June 18. Ever since I bought this car I have been experiencing rattling issues coming from the steering wheel and rattling coming from factory equipped JBL 14 speaker Soundsystem. First time I brought this car into the service center at 300 miles, not only the issue was not fixed but I was left with damages to the steering wheel steering wheel column and the radio. I was told to bring the car into the service center again so a restoration guy can work on restoring the damages. After getting my car back not only the damages were not fixed I was left with more damages in the car such as rear cupholders/armrest was broken by the service technicians and my exterior is completely covered in swirl marks and scratches. Every time I bring the car into your service center, I am left with more damages to the car. More
