We in fact have gone above and beyond to try to resolve your issues Robert. This is the 3rd vehicle you have purchased from Fares and you are aware that he is honest and trustworthy in his dealings with you. We sent many photos and videos to you before you had your private transport company inspect and sign for - who did in fact damage the vehicle during transport. Despite this, offered for you to return the vehicle to us to address your concerns which you did not want to do. The only remedy you are willing to accept is for Dodge to build you a new vehicle. With that in mind, we had our factory rep contact your local factory rep to see if there is anything they can do to assist you and remedy your concerns. Despite your threatening behavior towards our employees, we have answered your calls and done everything we can to assist you.

I'm not sure who is answering these emails but you clearly have not read the emails or looked at the pictures. It will be my pleasure to educate you and everyone else reading these reviews. I will answer per your response. You state that "we" have gone above and beyond to resolve my issues?. What exactly did the "dealership" do for me? Absolutely nothing!!!!!!! No one has responded to my emails or has called me. I called the dealership and spoke to the GM. His response is stated above. I like how you mention that this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Fares but left out the other 2 were purchased at Zeigler Dodge, not at yours! The problem is with South Oak Dodge. As far as Fares goes this is a serious matter and all he wants to do is point the fingers at the transport company. With that in mind, you are right. I did receive many pictures of which the car is in front of the dealership and the chip in the door is visible, long before the transportation company showed up. I will attach the pictures for you and everyone to see to prove what kind of people you are at this dealership. The front door hits the front panel when opening causing the paint to chip. I can attach that video also. So because of this when it was noticed in FL, I proceeded to check the paint with a paint thickness gun. I can attach the video showing the inconsistency of the paint throughout the whole car if you would like me to show everyone Dodge's quality control from the factory? Do you want me to get into the rubbing compound under the hood. Next time you "dealer prep" a car maybe you should make an effort! Pictures of that too. Or did the transportation company paint the car while driving down the highway at 70mph? The car was received in FL within 24 hours of leaving IL for the records and I can attach that too. No one ever said bring the car back to the dealership, so that is another lie. You just stated it was the transportation companies fault. However the GM said it's warrantied bring it to a local dealership in FL and I did. Their response was this is between the dealership you bought it from and the factory. Nothing we can do. Yes, I ordered a brand new factory ordered car. I expect a brand new factory ordered car that is built correctly! I don't think that's to much to ask. Threatening behavior towards our employees? Can you tell me what employees you are talking about? I have spoke to 4 people: Fares salesman, Mark GM, Ryan and Leo finance. Fares just wants to point the fingers at the transport company. So that's what you get for customer service after buying 3 cars. Mark could careless. Ryan and Leo are both very professional employees and took care of the paperwork. YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Other dealerships in IL who want my future business are doing more for me and I didn't even buy the car from them.

Your apology is not sincere even though you typed it it don’t even read sincere you have incompetent people working and fixing people vehicles ( Jarrett) to be exact even the service manager agreed that he is incompetent and also stated that I was not the first to complain about him misleading people I will be taking this to a higher level and you can keep your sorry xxx apology but know I wouldn’t buy a penny from this place and it’s so sad because you can’t even buy a penny ( this place sucks)
