Price negotiation was not expected so when discussing the tire wear of the vehicle, the salesman initiated the replacement of two tires and offered replacement of the remaining tires at Donohoo's cost . . . nice job! Great Experience! Everyone at Donohoo was helpful. Our daughter bought her car there December of 2016. We were there and observed the process. It was so smooth. So when Everyone at Donohoo was helpful. Our daughter bought her car there December of 2016. We were there and observed the process. It was so smooth. So when we decided to purchase a car we went back. I selected 12 cars to drive and found "the one"! Another great experience. The only thing that didn't seem up to the standard that we e pelted because of experience there, was the detailing of the car we purchased. It looked to be a rush job. Since we had a four hour drive home, we decided not to say anything. That won't affect our decision to purchase there again! All in all, it was a great experience from a great staff! More

We ended up purchasing a vehicle that same day and we in and out in just under four hours, which considering that we test drove seven vehicles, this was a quick and easy process. More

Car Buying at its Best! No Haggeling! I have bought a lot of automobiles in my life, but none as easy as my "Gently Used Cadillac XTS". I was in and out of Donohoo Auto in less than 2 hou I have bought a lot of automobiles in my life, but none as easy as my "Gently Used Cadillac XTS". Great Smiles! Great Service! We were greeted quickly when we arrived by Adam'. He took us to the computer to show what models were available. Then the two beetles were brought up We were greeted quickly when we arrived by Adam'. He took us to the computer to show what models were available. Then the two beetles were brought up for my test drives. Both were black, One had leather seats , the other did not. One had low mileage and the other one's was higher mileage. I chose the one with low mileage and cloth seats. We were again treated very nice though out. the process. Spoke to Mark about the car, the cost and the warranty that was available. He was very helpful. Then we concluded the process with Marci in the financial department. She was very courteous and informative about all the papers I signed to complete the buy. Thanks to all at Donohoo for an excellent experience! I could not mark the ratings for the personnel but it is excellent for all. More
