Overall the experience was good. Overall experience was good. I came with a loan from my bank so that was already taken care of. I knew the car I wanted and they took care of the paperwork while I when to get something to eat. Things that I've noticed about the car after driving it home. 1. Tire air pressure was low. Average around 28. The car told me this not me checking them. 2. No windshield washer fluid. 3. Missing 2 valve stem caps. 4. It is now due service in less than 1000 miles from time of purchase. I know this was an "AS IS" car but attention to detail will bring customers back time after time. So that also makes me wonder if they detailed it like I told them on Friday before the Monday pickup. A great price is one thing and low doc fees are great, but if you miss the little things what does that say about the big ones. Thanks, John Soler More

Maria up front got our cars called out and delivered quickly for our drives (we drove about 11 cars) and that relieved a lot of the stress. We broke for lunch and when we got back there were the last two cars we were debating over side by side waiting for us when we got back. Mark and Keith left us alone while we made the difficult decision and for us and when we were ready Michele had the powers drawn up really quickly for a Saturday. We bought a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that was very reasonably priced and beautiful. I've never felt more comfortable buying a car. More

Exceptional Car Buying Experience I was referred to Donohoo by a friend and I am so glad I was. From the time we drove up we knew that they had this process down to a science. The entire process was precise, fast, no haggling over price. The price is what it is so don't go thinking you will get the price down. All their cars are priced to sell. I suppose they make their money on volume selling. The whole team is very nice and helpful. Fair price on trade in's and financing though will banks so you will get the best rate available to you. The detailing of the car after you purchase is done right then. Everything was perfect when we left. You must check them out if you are in the market for a very good used car. More
