Communication from sales rep was good until delivery was made. Vehicle had issues and it took too long to repair. Rep didn’t respond to communication on vehicle status. Bought my Jeep out in exchange for a car and find out they never sent a buyout check to the bank so it looked as if I wasn’t paying my payments, I Called them and spoke to a manager they came up with a l they never sent a buyout check to the bank so it looked as if I wasn’t paying my payments, I Called them and spoke to a manager they came up with a lie and sent the check out but by that time my credit was already affected! Had the car over a month and still don’t have the license plates had to call and remind them about that as well! More
