I had a 2002 Honda Civic EX that I also purchased from this dealership (new at that time). Let me say that the 10 years that I kept the vehicle and maintained the scheduled maintenance services all at Hon this dealership (new at that time). Let me say that the 10 years that I kept the vehicle and maintained the scheduled maintenance services all at Honda of Lincoln, all of the service people were courteous, and trustworthy! Even once when I in error left my radio going without the car being fully turned on for an hour that it drained my battery, a stranger came by to recharge it. I took it in to Honda of Lincoln to have them put in a new battery (at the time the car was 8 yrs old running on the original battery still) it was on a saturday and they took it in and tested it. The service person came back out to tell me that there was no need to buy a new battery that it tested out just fine. He explained to me that I had simply drained the battery by letting the radio run for that hour. Now, he could of chose to tell me different and put a new one in, but not at this dealership, you can trust them to be honest. My car ran on that same battery for a full additional year before it was testing low enough to purchase a new one. I of course had them install a Honda battery. I sold my civic this past April and purchased new once again from Honda of Lincoln, the place where not only did I get a deal that none of the Omaha dealership's could match in any way, but a dealership where I will again only take my car in for service knowing that I can trust their service and receive courteous service as well. Thank you Honda of Lincoln for being the dealership one can trust both before and after a sale. More

I took my CRV in to have it's first oil change, and to have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever, AND my first oil change was free!!! I was also impressed with how clean the entire service area, including the service bays were, and they vacuumed out my CRV at no charge. Why can't all service departments be this clean and efficient?!! More

I want to start off by saying Mark Salak is a great asset to Williamson Honda. He has always been very helpful, and unfortunately, when this last visit happened the way it did - he was there to fix it. He to Williamson Honda. He has always been very helpful, and unfortunately, when this last visit happened the way it did - he was there to fix it. He seems to have the customer's needs in mind. However, this last visit was enough to never go back to Williamson, the majority of its personel gives them a very bad name. I get all of my car service done there, always have – but it seems like each time I go, there customer service gets worse. I had an appointment at Williamson Honda, at 7:10am to have my timing belt replaced and an oil change. I made the appointment online, so that way I could give them all my information over the computer and it supposably saves time during check-in, and that way, there should be no confusion in what I want done, since its all in writing. They have two lines for check-in. The van in front of me was assisted, and then left sitting right in front of me, as the other line kept moving, and they focused totally on the other line. Nine cars went before me that arrived after me. Not only did I have an appointment, but I was in line before them – and they kept skipping me over. So, I got out of my car and asked if I could be assisted. Instead of helping me, the manager says "its first come first serve", and I was like “yeah, I’ve been here for 15 minutes waiting, 9 cars have came and went, I’m still sitting here and I had AN APPOINTMENT!!”… So then he comes over to help me. He wanted to make me give all my information again, so I asked him what the point was in doing it online if I have to give it again – he said they never received it. Funny, they had my name and what I wanted done – but no other information? So, then I hand him my coupon – it expired the day before, and I haven’t received the next set in the mail. (Reminder: I have ALL my service done here) he said he wouldn’t take it. I informed him I do ALL of my service there, its not convenient for me – its in the COMPLETE opposite corner of town, and I am paying good money today getting my timing belt done, so if he didn’t take the coupon I could find a place a lot closer to home that would– so he took the coupon. Then he confirms that I am getting my timing belt replaced and an oil change, and he tells me he put me on the list to have a van drive me home, they should be coming any minute. 2 vans come and go – call names, never called me – I’m sitting there for another half hr. I go up to the desk and ask if I was ever going to get a ride home. The guy at the desk tells me I was never put on the list, so they had to have a mechanic drive me home. Then, when I go to pay for it that evening they said it was 900 some dollars?!?! They gave me a 90k mile maintenance, not a timing belt and oil change. I had the email confirmation confirming a timing belt and oil change with the price I would have to pay ($540.00), I told them what I wanted when I went in, he verified what was to be done before I left, and I never even made any comments about my mileage! So, they looked at my car which has 94000 miles and just decided to do a 90k mile maintenance instead of what was requested .. so needless to say I got all that free – I will NEVER go back to Williamson again, they lost a long time customer because of there lack of customer service and there inability to follow directions. Everything went well. Mark explained everything very well. I arrived right at closing time and was still greated and treated well as if it was the middle of the day to pick up my car. well. No way to evaluate the quality of work done for a 105K maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spa maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spark plug replacement are the only additional services seemed a little high. Overall experience was, as usual, very good. More
