We have been buying our new Subaru cars from this dealership since 2003 and have had nothing shy of excellence from every employee we’ve encountered. From sales to service we are sold on First Team dealership since 2003 and have had nothing shy of excellence from every employee we’ve encountered. From sales to service we are sold on First Team (Southern) Subaru. We’ve loved our outback’s and last year tried the new trax and love it as well. We both love our Subaru, she drives the new Trax and I drive the outback. I’ve always had a pickup truck but don’t miss it as the outback will do as much and in lots of cases better. Thank you all and look forward to waiting on my next service in your beautiful clean waiting room with the best brewed coffee and free water and snacks. Wow is all I can say except Thank You.. This is the first time I've ever had a problem. After the work was completed and my bill was paid, I waited a total of 35 minutes or more for them to bring my car around. The lady at the desk called abo the work was completed and my bill was paid, I waited a total of 35 minutes or more for them to bring my car around. The lady at the desk called about it twice with no results. Finally she had to go get my car herself! There was no a sticker put on the windshield showing when my next oil change was due and the car was not washed. More
