The shop was busy, but they managed to handle the oil change. They did not rotate the tires! After 5,000 miles they should have done it and said it didn’t need it. The back tires wear faster than the change. They did not rotate the tires! After 5,000 miles they should have done it and said it didn’t need it. The back tires wear faster than the front tires and they should know that, but again they didn’t do it. I’m disappointed with that! More
