Never have I visited a dealership like this. The beautiful facility nestled in the woods, the customer amenities and all personnel I encountered were exceptional. Arturo did what he had to (offer a bunch of additional warranties etc. being the finance guy, before helping me sing all the documentation) without being pushy or being dismissive about the additional costs that he was trying to sell. Noelia helped me set up my phone and my online registration with 100% enthusiasm and 0% condescension over what was probably trivial tech support to her. This dealership should consider itself lucky to have great employees like these three. More

We decided to drive up to The Woodland We have been researching cars for a few weeks and narrowed down our search to Mercedes S Class & BMW S Series. We decided to drive up to The Woodlands dealership after visiting another Mercedes dealership that lacked the ability to focus on our needs. Martin Korn stepped up to help us, and made the whole experience a pleasure. He had more information about the vehicle than we could possibly assimilate. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. He was pleasant to work with and no one at the dealership including Michael Lilley who helped negotiate the sale, ever added any pressure. They honestly never made us feel like we were negotiating, but more like we were having a discussion of differences. Car buying has never been a pleasant experience for us, EXCEPT for this purchase. Even the time we spent with Arturo Gutierrez who handled the financing paperwork, was enjoyable. Before we drove away, we spent more time with Noelia (Nellie) Murphy who provided an orientation on the features in the car answering all our questions. It was obvious everyone at this dealership loved their job---they love their product, they enjoy helping the customer become familiar with it, and you walk away knowing you have purchased a quality product, backed by a great team demonstrating superior customer service. This team made a hard decision really easy. STELLAR dealership! More
