Easy to work with I just bought a used Prius and had a great experience at DCH Toyota. The car was listed on line. There was quick follow up from my email inquiry. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me by name. The salesman Mike was personable and helpful. He was patient as I test drove the car and after purchase explained everything clearly. Excellent service I went in for my first routine maintenance appointment and it was for a tire rotation and they were going to take care of that only until the saw ther I went in for my first routine maintenance appointment and it was for a tire rotation and they were going to take care of that only until the saw there was an open recall on my passenger airbag and had no problem taking care of that at the same time. I was given a 2 hr possible wait and they completed the job under that wait time given. Everyone was professional and courteous .Thank you DCH Toyota and the tech that took care of my vehicle. More

Great as expected and as usual! DCH is my preferred dealership and where I have leased/purchased our last 6 cars. Friendly and straightforward.
