We had looked at multiple cars and dealerships, including a different BMW dealership, but when we walked on to the lot at Ferman BMW Mary greeted us and immediately started assisting us. It was a busy day and there were many other customers around, Mary had a family that she was also working with, but not wanting us to be left alone she grabbed additional keys and helped us take a look at the available X3's. One of her previous customers was leaving the lot as we were looking and made sure to stop and tell us that Mary was the best and she would make sure that we were taken care of. He was not wrong, Mary was so great throughout the entire process, she was not pushy or rude, was open and direct with us about our options and the availability. Her dedication to her customers is amazing, we will definitely be return customers! More

Bad service - both from sales and service. Typical of what I’ve experienced previously from Ferman. Did not get a loaner car as I was promised when I bought the car from Ferman.
