I can't say enough good things about Mary Keller! Her knowledge on the cars was really impressive and she was just an all together nice, genuine person. I had been shopping for 6 months and had been Her knowledge on the cars was really impressive and she was just an all together nice, genuine person. I had been shopping for 6 months and had been dealing w some really rude/aggressive salesmen, who wouldn't negotiate w me. Mary treated me like an actual human being and listened to my wants and needs. I will b telling everyone about her, especially all my female friends and family member's. Its hard out there trying to make a deal as a woman, but she brought my faith back into it. So happy w her and Scott Douglas for making my experience at BMW actually enjoyable, unlike everywhere else I had been shopping. Def by far the best dealership to buy from! Keep up the great customer service! I will for sure be back! More

I've had a very good experience with this dealership in the past. However, I recently purchase a certified i3--the electric series. The dealership had minimal knowledge of the technology, benefits, poten the past. However, I recently purchase a certified i3--the electric series. The dealership had minimal knowledge of the technology, benefits, potential challenges with an electric car & when I took delivery, the car was not detailed or prepared at the standard you would expect for a Certified BMW. Lastly, the spare key is completely inoperable & there is no User's Manual, so I was a bit disappointed in the overall experience. The people were very nice. More

Mary Keller was a pleasure to deal with, knowlegable and low pressure. The finance department was efficient and finalized my deal quickly.
