Matt sat with me during the time waiting on congratulate and was amazing. David in finance is a little gruff, and would not listen to me. I wouldn't recommend speaking to him again. I found several dental etc after I did my carfax report which were not disclosed. Larry refused to fix it over compensate me in any of it, even i just spent 180000 on a car. Not very good customer service. More

5 Stars!! Matt in Sales is amazing!!! We traded in my Escalade for a BMW X5. When we got the BMW home it started pouring out coolant. Called Matt and he arranged for a tow truck. Met with Mathew Reed, he made the experience a lot easier. With most dealerships you get those sales people who try to go over the top and really try to oversale a vehicle just to try to get rid of it easier.
