Cj is absolutely wonderful ans we will always stick with her but John Ruper is not good in the customer service department and was screaming at me and my wife whole putting down another dealership, Cj and t her but John Ruper is not good in the customer service department and was screaming at me and my wife whole putting down another dealership, Cj and the other man outside was shocked at his horrible behavior towards us and we almost walked out on the deal but didn't want to do that to Cj. Also Nick Feruito was very unprofessional saying what a mistake we made with my wife's explorer just because we got it somewhere else. The whole experience was probably the worst we've experienced but not to be taken out on Cj because she's a wonderful person and we'll always stick with her for our cars. More

Mike was a pleasure to work with! !! Very timely, polite and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him! Paperwork was a breeze and he explained everything to me. He set the car up f !! Pam was only bright spot and not even her responsibility, everything else was a bad experience, commission of the facts when signing up for a hitch no mention of third-party doing it thought it was going to everything else was a bad experience, commission of the facts when signing up for a hitch no mention of third-party doing it thought it was going to be done by Ford, miscalculation on the tax sales tax and then thought I was wrong but it turned out I was right they tried overcharging me by $1200, problems with hooking up to Ford pass, and vehicle heads are at a recall on it that they knew about but sold it to me before fixing it More
