Hello! My name is Matt Carlson and I'm here to provide you with the best experience you've ever had. I have built great relationships with my guests over the years; putting the needs of every Guest first, and going that extra mile time and time again. As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

Exceptional service providing me access to service from a check engine defect warning notice on a Friday and getting me into service, with a BMW loaner car on Monday morning. The best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have bough and leased cars from Rallye and the experience has always been pleasant.
