He was very accommodating of my personal requests on the new vehicles. Bill Cafyn who was my salesman for my most recent trade-in and purchase of a new traverse Z71. He was beyond knowledgeable navigating the computer systems.(He even figured out why I couldn’t submit my credit application online, it needs a home phone number even if you don’t have one!) His knowledge of new vehicles is highly impressive and walk me through all the cars features with ease. He effortlessly explained various things during the walk through and purchasing process.
