Road Trip interrupted, BMW of Catonsville saved the day I was travelling from Philly to DC on business. As I exited the Harbor Tunnel the carl indicated that it was too hot and I should "drive moderately". I was travelling from Philly to DC on business. I pulled over, located the nearest BMW dealer and proceeded to BMW of Catonsville and drove into the service bay. I was greeted promptly, explained the problem to the service writer, Keon, and the mechanic. they indicated that the car would need to cool down before they could diagnose and since it was late afternoon it would be the next day before they would be able to diagnose or repair. They asked if I could stay nearby, I explained that I needed to be in DC that evening and inquired about rental cars. Keon arranged a complimentary loaner from Enterprise and sent me on my way promising to keep me posted. I arrived in DC in time for my engagement … my delay was about 60 minutes from dash warning message to back on the road. Keon texted me the next morning to let me know they were working on it and then called with a diagnosis, estimate and promise to have the car ready in time for my return form DC. Meanwhile Enterprise called to make sure all was right with the loaner and to make sure my pickup experience was satisfactory. I returned to pickup the car on my way home and it was ready and waiting as promised, freshly washed. My off the road time to return the loaner and pickup my car was under 30m. All things considered this could not have gone any better. This was not my home dealer but a dealer who had never seen me before. They treated my like a valued customer and made sure that I was not stranded. All of this for a seven year old out of warranty car bought elsewhere. It was an awesome experience. I know where to go if my BMW ever needs attrntion in the Baltimore area More

Several major maintenance service repairs Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon wal Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. The manager Mel, staff and sales rep are wonderful, courteous and professional. They make sure the customers needs have been met and I can say that I’ve been treated very well and appreciate it. Been a long time customer and happy to tell other people to have service done at Cantonsville location. Keep up the great job and THANK YOU. More

Check up I am a first time BMW owner. BMW of Catonsville took the time to show me all the features of my car and how to use them! They are very professional an I am a first time BMW owner. BMW of Catonsville took the time to show me all the features of my car and how to use them! They are very professional and friendly! The service area is very clean and welcoming! I took my car in for a check up and Ricky and Mel did a great job! Very happy being a BMW owner and now even happier knowing I have such a professional and friendly place to take it to for any service it needs! More

Service Beyond Expectation I purchased my first BMW 325 in 1986 and knew then that I would not buy another brand of car. Of the eight that I have purchased since then, I was further reassured when Mr. Benn Edwards sold me my last three BMWs. He is highly praised for his kindness, patience and expertise in sales. I recommend him and the dealership to each person who is interested in the details of my experience and to those who admire my car. Benn and BMW employees have always taken care of my vehicle needs and have become friends. They are amazing people whom I admire and appreciate. More

Why I continue to remain a BMW customer ... Convenience.This time, however, I am VERY glad I did. Benn Edwards had well exceeded my expectations-and not the one that was previously benchmarked. I will add that I am not exactly an easy client (or so I've been told). Nonetheless,he was more than just your 'typical' BMW Client Advisor,or specifically referring to the axiom, 'car salesman' (I shudder at the connotation underlying this phrase alone). He went out of his way to give me the 'BMW sales experience',which coupled w/ a beautifully made vehicle, is the very reason I continue,and can continue,to become a dedicated BMW customer -- Thank you Benn for reminding me why. Now, there are a few people who are also very much worth mentioning that add to the 'BMW experience' -- Mel Cuesta: Service Advisor; Justin Allen: BMW Genius; Larry Cash: Finance Advisor. But we talked to Lonnie and told him we were eventually looking for something bigger. He showed us a few cars and we came home with an X5. Lonnie knows the vehicle very well and offered a no pressure environment for us to shop in. We're big fans. This was not the first time we dealt with Mel. He's a down-to-earth good and straightforward advisor. We hope to keep working with him in the future. More

Great Car buying experience I had taken my Aunt’s 2006 BMW 325I in for service. I needed to have a MD inspection done to transfer her tags from New York. I dealt with Mel Cuesta I had taken my Aunt’s 2006 BMW 325I in for service. I needed to have a MD inspection done to transfer her tags from New York. I dealt with Mel Cuesta (service advisor).Great guy! My aunt car needless to say needed a lot of work. That is when we decided it would best to trade in this vehicle. We then met Lonnie Overby (salesperson). Lonnie took me around the lot to review their large inventory of vehicles. Finally, we found a 2011 used BMW 328I with all the bells a whistles. I have brought a lot of cars in my past before. Speaking with Lonnie I told him all of my immediate concerns making this on the spot purchase. He made me feel comfortable in every aspect of this car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about BMW’s and its model years. Lonnie worked diligently, respectfully and hard on this sale. Overall Lonnie got us into a nice vehicle at the price we wanted to pay. Great Job Lonnie. You made this buying experience extraordinary. Please teach your colleagues how to sell cars to someone as tough as me. Alonzo More
