My ES350 service Melvin Alston was my service consultant and he exhibited a customer focused attitude. I arrived early for my appointment and Melvin processed me in ahead of the 7am opening - I really appreciated that. I explained some issues with my ES350 and Melvin recommended a wheel alignment and now my 2011 rides as good as the first day I purchased it. He didn't give me the feeling he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. During the inspection, the Technician found a nail in my tire and Melvin sent me a video of the damage. I thought that was sooooo cool and professional. During my conversation with Melvin, I expressed a desire to own a BMW as my next car but after talking with him, I was convinced to stay with Lexus because he was expressing some of the exact cons others have expressed. VERY GOOD SERVICE!!!! More
