Gates is always there for us when we need them. We have a Tundra that needed service quickly. Gates let us bring it on that day in case they had time before our appointment. We live in California and allowed our daughter to have a car at school (University of Notre Dame) for the first time. Our son had been using our 2012 Toyota Corolla at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. When he was fin car at school (University of Notre Dame) for the first time. Our son had been using our 2012 Toyota Corolla at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. When he was finished there this past July, we needed to drive the car up to South Bend. I tried to get the required and necessary airbag recall work done in MO before the drive but several different dealers in MO either did not want to do the work or did not have the parts available to do it. We had to take the car up to South Bend in a potentially dangerous condition. We were able to get an appointment for the recall work with no problem and Gates was able to accommodate us when we arrived early but my husband felt we were treated a bit dismissively because of the work being done (non-revenue). More

Gates is a part of our family. Every member of my family has a Toyota from Gates and we all get them serviced there. I even live in Chicago and still do the vast majority of car work done here whenever we c has a Toyota from Gates and we all get them serviced there. I even live in Chicago and still do the vast majority of car work done here whenever we come visit. Great service and great prices (compared to Chicago). More

Excellent Service Department My Maintenance Visit was pleasant and the wait time was very close to what the Service Dept estimated it would be. I was pleased that all the employee My Maintenance Visit was pleasant and the wait time was very close to what the Service Dept estimated it would be. I was pleased that all the employees that I saw were in face coverings or shields, which made the visit a lot more safe feeling. I am always grateful for this dealership, as I am always treated with respect and they keep you up on what they need to do and, keep me informed as they are doing it. More
