Due to an extremely unfortunate experience with another Subaru dealership in Maryland, we bought a new Outback in February of 2022. We had an excellent experience with the sales team, and a few weeks ago b Subaru dealership in Maryland, we bought a new Outback in February of 2022. We had an excellent experience with the sales team, and a few weeks ago brought our new car in for its very first service. We were blown away! Mike Goodman walked us through every step of the service, gave us discounts on some of the initial items, and was personable, knowledgeable, and forthright. I had lovely conversations with several other members of the service team while I waited for my car to be completed, and I was also given permission to bring my small dog to the dealership as we were coming directly from the vet. We were excessively pleased with both the quality, efficiency, and pricing of our service and cannot wait to bring our car here in the future. We also hope to bring our 2011 Subaru in for service, so that we may never have to return to other Subaru dealerships in the area that have shown their true colors. More

How they determined the sound was coming from its A/C compressor is impressive. Fixed, they made the car's owner a very happy driver. Kudos to these gentlemen. I knew my car needed a lot of TLC going in for this service appt (8-year old car, new tires needed, issues with air conditioner & then some, etc...), & I was very satisfied with the amount of attention service appt (8-year old car, new tires needed, issues with air conditioner & then some, etc...), & I was very satisfied with the amount of attention to my car by my service advisor, Mike Goodman. He told me upfront based on his initial impressions what he thought the car needed, & kept me appraised with the progress of what they found & completed, as the car needed to stay for ~1 1/2 weeks for all the services it needed. Additionally the loaner car they were able to let me use was incredibly helpful since my car had to stay with them, such a great service! I immensely appreciated the communication and explanations, & everything I asked to be inspected &/or fixed was addressed & handled! I & my car feel much safer now! More
