Our problem was indecisiveness of which Audi to buy (Audi A3, A6, or Q5) and what to trade in, hence the back and forth. Marcella Schmidt was always patient with the back and forth and in addition, it was her patience and persistence that kept her in the game and us coming back. Fast forward, we just purchased an Audi A6 and are thrilled with our new car. Marcella continues to reach out reminding us that if there are any additional questions or concerns we have that need to be addressed, she and Audi are always available.
