I have only amazing things to say about Tustin Mazda. I recently purchased my second Mazda from this dealership and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I first saw the car I wanted online and req I recently purchased my second Mazda from this dealership and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I first saw the car I wanted online and requested more info via text. A sales associate, Chance, reached out to me immediately and answered all my questions which was so helpful. I wasn't able to make it to the dealership that day, but Chance texted me that day after the offices closed to confirm if the car I wanted was still available, which it was. He met me right when the dealership opened the following Sunday and met me in the parking lot. I test-drove the car immediately and fell in love. Chance brought me inside and we started negotiating price and trade-in value of my current car. Once the negotiations were done, an agreement was made and I had an approved lender, Chance had me work with Lori in the Finance department. She was incredibly quick and thorough with her processes. She answered all my questions and ran through all my additional warrantee options since I was buying a used car with 90,000 miles. In total, we were in and out in about 2 hours which was great. The buying process from start to finish was great. In addition to the buying process, about a week after I purchased the used car, I noticed an odd noise coming from the back of the car. I didn't notice it during the test-drive because the music was on low. But when the music was off, it was apparent. I contacted Chance, knowing that I purchased the used car "as-is" and did not elect to get the extended warrantee, and Chance assured me to bring the car in and he would have the Service Dept take a look. I brought the car down and was greeted by Mike in the Service Department who was also great. He was quick and efficient and made me feel right at home. He test-drove the car with me and let me know the Service Dept would take a look and identify the noise. They texted me updates which was so helpful. I get a text maybe 30 minutes after dropping off the car letting me know that the rear shocks were leaking and needing to be replaced, and that Tustin Mazda would cover the repair costs since I just bought the car. I was amazed, since I bought the car as-is, accepting any and all issues that come with a used car that has 90,000 miles. All in all, I am incredibly grateful for Tustin Mazda for making my experience a 5-star experience across the board. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thanks again! More

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a leak in my passenger side back tire. I didn’t have an appointment but was made to feel that everything would be taken care of.
