Try and force you into financing with Ford motor company - When I explained I would be bringing checks from the bank kept telling me couldn’t accept outside financing - I couldn’t understand how cash from t - When I explained I would be bringing checks from the bank kept telling me couldn’t accept outside financing - I couldn’t understand how cash from the bank was outside financing - Roscoe kept saying this wasn’t acceptable and wanted me to fill out application for Ford - I was already pre approved for 60000 from my bank after 4 days of back and forth finally had to have my bank call and explain to Roscoe how a bank check works - Roscoe then proceeds to call me and tell me all is good I can buy the vehicle and then tells me he really doesn’t understand how all the financing works - so my question to Mr Klaben is why is he involved in the first place - I believe the whole process would have been easier if Roscoe was not involved —on the good side Shea was a pleasure to deal with throughout everything and was very kind to deliver the vehicle- would definitely work with her again More
