This dealership is, by far, one of the best automotive providers that I've done business with for the past 20 years+ (I've been going here for all of the 15 yrs that we've lived here)! I leased my current providers that I've done business with for the past 20 years+ (I've been going here for all of the 15 yrs that we've lived here)! I leased my current 2017 Acadia from them and then bought out the lease at it's end because service and reliability have been exceptional at Jim Ellis. Politeness, dignity and cheerful follow-through are a way of life for salesmen, service managers and service personnel at all levels! Doing business with Jim Ellis Mall of GA was a decision I'll never regret! More

On arrival I advised the sign in person that I needed the routine maintenance but that I did not need the tires rotated. I also told him specifically that I needed him to check the tire pressure sensors. Whe routine maintenance but that I did not need the tires rotated. It was written down on the form but completely ignored. More
