At Toyota, there is a team you work with, not just one individual. I first reached out to Toyota via their website when shopping for a new car. The next day, I was speaking with Lisa and Zach who patien individual. I first reached out to Toyota via their website when shopping for a new car. The next day, I was speaking with Lisa and Zach who patiently answered all my questions and helped me set up an appointment with Nathan on the sales team. The car I was looking at was still being build but Nathan took the time to let me test drive a similar model and to answer my questions. He then kept me in the loop as to the status of my car until the day I was able to come back to the dealership and complete the sale. Mike took the time to go over addons and accessories and Zeke patiently walked me through the financing. I am very grateful to everyone I add the opportunity to interact with.
