We sat there for 3 hours just for them to tell me they needed to order a part. Really for the eyeglass holder they should have see that within 15 minutes it is not like it is a mechanical part that they needed to order a part. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change ( and reported that there had been a leak since my last oil change 5.000 miles before) and asked that the problem be corrected. My service has always been done at Maita since the vehicle was purchased new from Maita. After several long hours I was notified that the vehicle must remain overnight to fix the oil leak. I was told a "Master Mechanic" would correct the problem. I waited all day for the phone call that the vehicle was ready, but did NOT receive one, so I called and was told that "someone" had called me (which I never received). Now that I have been driving the vehicle and was assured that the leak was fixed, the oil spots on my driveway tell me a MUCH different story. Having a vehicle that had 288,000 miles on it (WITH NO OIL LEAKS) and now it leaks every day. I have work much of my life with mechanical things, and know enough to say " if the job is done RIGHT, a leak can be STOPPED." Needless to say, I am extremely annoyed that my vehicle is making a huge mess on my driveway. More

I made an appointment and I was in and out there in no time at all. The service was good. Everyone was doing all the steps to protect me from this COVIT. I felt they were glad I came in for service. I made an appointment for routine oil change & checkup for Tues, I waited in the lane #1, (for appointments) for 90 minutes without any contact from employees regarding such a long delay with appointment. for Tues, I waited in the lane #1, (for appointments) for 90 minutes without any contact from employees regarding such a long delay with appointment. I never got checked in and left when I asked an employee how much longer. He informed me another 3 -4 hours before my car would be ready. Ugh!!! I called the manager on Wed afternoon and he said the line is short today and I could get my service if I came now. He did apologize. but I only got a senior discount for all my trouble. More

This week I took my car in to have the brakes checked, routine m I have been going to Miata Toyota for 20 years to buy my cars and have them serviced. This week I took my car in to have the brakes checked, routine maintenance, and a recall repair. While there, they found an additional problem. When I asked about my warranty , they were quick to check to see that it was covered, gave me a rental and had the car repaired in the time frame they estimated. Mike, Priscilla and the rest of the team were friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you!! More
