Chris, We are very sorry with what happened to vehicle. Unfortunately are hands are tied with this situation. We did everything we could to assist you while you and Ford worked things out including giving you a loaner to drive while your car was here awaiting information from Ford. We are sorry you feel the Gap Insurance we sold you was not what you thought but it did cover your "gap" in this instance and worked as intended. The reason the bank is able to sell it cheaper is due to they are a financial institution with direct insurance products and we are a dealership and we provide them as a 3rd party. Once again, we are very sorry with what has occurred and more than happy to help you get a vehicle that you would like to drive.
