Fred was FANTASTIC! Fred has a great personality and I left with the car I wanted! I walked in wanting to look at a car found on CARFAX. He did not pressure us, was very helpful in explaining the new technology of my new car and he and Todd took care of all of our paperwork at Mike Murphy Ford so there was no need to go to our bank. Todd explained all of the financial paperwork and warranty information well. This is our second new car we have bought from Mike Murphy Ford!
