My salesman, Jimmy ( Hawkeye) Howard, was personable, resourceful, attentive and patient I am happy to say Mike Murphy Ford exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Jimmy ( Hawkeye) Howard, was personable, resourceful, attentive and patient in his tutorials with a guy who hadn’t bought a car in 12 years and was flummoxed by the space capsule technology on the instrument panel. Amazing! Our experience was amazing from the start. We were helped by the friendly staff as soon as we arrived and were treated like family. Such a Great buying experience I’ve never shopped out of town for a car before. But we were so pleasantly surprised when we did this time. The salesman we had(Kevin) was excellent. He explained and demonstrated the features of the car we were looking at, and he answered all the questions we had, upfront and honestly. We were treated with genuine respect, not saccharin fake anything, as we’ve experienced before.
