I typically dislike the car shopping experience because of the typical high pressure sales tactics. Jerry at Westlake was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped make recommendations that fit within our budget. Mike helped make the financing paperwork a breeze. Justin, our BMW Genius, was very helpful in showing us how to operate all of the features in our new car. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family and will likely do business with them again in the future. More

Excellent Experience, No Hassel In short, I worked with John Redden for 6 months trying to find my perfect car. Throughout that entire time I was treated with respect and never pressured to purchase a car. I knew that I would be buying a car from him once I found It though. He was a pleasure to work with and is always available for any questions. As for the rest of the dealership, it is kept clean and has all of the comforts you would expect. The staff were great from the genius Nate through the sales manager Jared to the finance manager Mike. I'm looking forward to enjoying my M3 and working with the service staff to keep it perfect. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in aquiring a new BMW. More

Friendly The staff is very warm and welcoming when you go there. We had never been in a BMW dealership before but felt like family the moment we arrived. From the cashier, to technician, to salesman Ken and even the Center Manager Adam, they all took the time to talk to us and ensure that we had everything we needed. We have never dealt with a dealership where the Center Manager makes it a point to come and talk you, let alone know who you are as a customer. Even the follow up after we took our new car home was exceptional. Ken and the BMW geniuses would call to see if there was any questions they could answer or offer to come out to go over the cars features again with us. We truly appreciate everyone at BMW of Westlake! Thank you!! More

Excellent Purchase Experience My wife and I set out in the morning to look at a new Mercedes, but we were totally turned off by the looks and atmosphere of the Mercedes dealer and My wife and I set out in the morning to look at a new Mercedes, but we were totally turned off by the looks and atmosphere of the Mercedes dealer and after 20 minutes or so we had no offer of assistance. We were thinking of going home but searched our phone for other dealers in the area and found BMW of Westlake to be very close. So instead of looking at a new Mercedes we totally fell in love with a Certified pre-owned BMW due to the fantastic experience with everyone we encountered at the dealership. It all started with our salesman Steve Mihalic whom was totally fantastic to deal with, he even served us lunch while we were there. Steve was very patient with us as we knew very little of BMW models and of their offerings. He totally took the time to explain our options as far as models, packages, and options. After one ride in the BMW that he suggested we would like, we were convinced that this was the car and driving experience we were looking to buy. The dealership has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere that lead us to a totally impressive buying process. The staff was all very genuine with all the care and concern given us by everyone we touched in the dealership. Mike Niedzwiecki the finance manager made the purchasing experience painless and presented our options in a very straightforward manner that was very enlightening. After the purchase Steve started the delivery process and introduced us to Justin Niedzwiecki whom was the BMW product Genius whom reviewed every operational piece of the car in a very detailed but easy to understand presentation. This was our first purchase of a BMW and of a luxury car in this class. We cannot say enough about our experience at this dealership, I could go on and on but I'll end by saying that I would certainly return to purchase my next car at BMW of Westlake. My hats off to them and the wonderful warm and friendly staff, thank you for making our day so pleasing. More

I was very impressed by Howard's knowledge of the vehicle demonstrated during the test drive. The Finance department also did a great job working with Sales to get me the best sales price and interest rate to fit my target budget. Nate also spent the time with me on the day I picked up the vehicle to clearly explain many of the great features of the vehicle. Everyone I worked with took the time to make sure my experience was the best it could be. More
