I have been coming to Dover Honda since the early 2000’s for the purchase and service of my Hondas. I have always been treated fairly and my Hondas are kept in great operating condition. I'm disappointed in a couple levels. First of all, we had left a piece of office equipment in a loaner vehicle and didn't notice until the following day after the vehicle was returned. First of all, we had left a piece of office equipment in a loaner vehicle and didn't notice until the following day after the vehicle was returned. After calling several times and leaving our details, we were told nothing was found. My wife arrived 20 minutes after receiving this news to find the item on the service managers floor along with the now opened box of consumable materials. This whole interaction failed on many levels. To exasperate the situation further, I have not received any response from the SM or GM after contacting the service department, leaving my information, and submitting online requests. I've bought by last 3 vehicles here and they do all my service. Not sure what to do next, but this is a start. More
