My car had to be towed into the shop, and I was expecting that whatever repairs were needed, they were going to be scary and high, and I assumed it would take days or weeks since it was a sudden issue. Mike called me several times, told me exactly what would happen and how much it would cost, and then called when the car was ready -- cost was not out of line, car was ready in just over 24 hours, and it even got a bath.
