Sale process was excessively long with over 5 hours at dealership. Avoid trading in. You will get shorted for sure. Lack of communication in process. Attitude made us as customers feel like an annoyance. For the amount of money spent the delivery detail was poor. I finished cleaning up dirt and truck paint at home. Finance manger was very patient with us when it came to interest rate and payment. Insurance representative was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. Salesperson Mike was attentive and friendly. Took care of us during initial part. Lost sight later in day. More
