I have had two toyotas serviced at Toyota Direct for over 20 years. I have been through 5 different service managers. Mindy is the most recent. They have all been very fair and helpful. In fact one of the past service managers was Paul who now is in charge of the service department. Many people know me by my face or even call me by my first name. I live only a few minutes from another Toyota dealer but travel across town to Toyota Direct because the closer Toyota dealer did not treat me fairly. When they tried to charge me a quarter hour service charge to change a taiI light bulb that I purchased at their dealership thats when I changed to Toyota Direct. I have owned toyotas for 40 years. My current Camry is 27 years old and has 265,000 miles. My wife's Camery is 13 years old and has 125,000 miles. I have been working with Dobby for years. He never tries to sell me something I don't need. I will continue to have Toyota Direct service our two Camrys. More
