Bought my car there in 2010. all the service has always been top notch. the managers and employees are honest, respectful and have always done what is best for my car. I no longer drive very many miles and my car at 14 years old is like new. they do a thorough explanation of work done and what might be next. THANK YOU, service team for 14 years of AAA+ service! Mindy was friendly and helpful. Mindy was nice and stayed in contact but our vehicle is not running at all now and is back in the shop. We told them what we believed to be the issue and they replaced 2 other parts that wouldn't have gone not running at all now and is back in the shop. Mindy helped me and told me what was wrong and what was recommended. She was nice about it. She was capable to inform me with the information that she got from the crew who was going to work on the care recommended. She was nice about it. She was capable to inform me with the information that she got from the crew who was going to work on the care. The first thing she did was to read what Jim had put in my record the last time I saw him and he was on target. She did listen to me and made me feel like she was interested in my problems. I do miss Jim. I would like to send him a gift if I had his address because he was nice and attentive to this old lady. Could you give me his address or if I brought a gift card for him, would he get. I like that Toyota is not far from where I live I would have made it if it was further away. More

My experience wasn't good at all. I took the car in to fix a rattling noise, they claimed it was the CV Axel making the noise. I spent $1,200 to fix it. As soon as I drove it home, th I took the car in to fix a rattling noise, they claimed it was the CV Axel making the noise. I spent $1,200 to fix it. As soon as I drove it home, the rattling noise was still there. I scheduled another appointment first thing in the morning in order to try and get it figured out as quickly as possible. I questioned whether or not the CV Axel even needed fixing, but never got a response. Even though I had a 7:00AM appointment, by 11 I hadn't received a call. I called in and was told I would get a call back shortly. The responsible person for my car was out sick (who I don't fault, that happens), but the office apparently couldn't figure out how to operate, work on, or give me any kind of update because someone was out sick. I called 5 times throughout the day and was told each time that someone would call me back (but no one ever did). I went without my car all day and had to leave it overnight (not being able to go into work), when I finally received a call about the car the following morning. I was told that they think they knew what the problem was and that I should have it by the afternoon without any charge (at this point that was expected given my experience). The car still isn't fixed as it still rattles, and I'm out $1,200 for something that may not have even needed fixed. More
