When we were driving home (about 100 miles) after taking delivery of our 2025 Prius we discovered the vinyl case that the owner's manuals should come in was missing. All the manuals were loose in the glove delivery of our 2025 Prius we discovered the vinyl case that the owner's manuals should come in was missing. All the manuals were loose in the glove box. I contacted Heather Gagliano in sales and the parts department, asking for a replacement vinyl case. It's now been about three weeks and I haven't heard anything about getting a vinyl case for my owner manuals. More
