This is my second purchase at this location and I worked with him both times. Not only is he very knowledgeable and helpful but to me, the fact that is genuinely kind and very very patient is even more important. I can't thank him enough for again putting me at ease for what to most of us is a big purchase. Not only would I want to use him as my sales associate again, I will absolutely continue to refer him without hesitation to anyone that asks where I got my car. This is also the 2nd time that Rich was my finance manager and he again made what is usually the most stressful part of the car purchase process not stressful at all.
