This is my second purchase at this location and I worked with him both times. Not only is he very knowledgeable and helpful but to me, the fact that is genuinely kind and very very patient is even more important. I can't thank him enough for again putting me at ease for what to most of us is a big purchase. Not only would I want to use him as my sales associate again, I will absolutely continue to refer him without hesitation to anyone that asks where I got my car. This is also the 2nd time that Rich was my finance manager and he again made what is usually the most stressful part of the car purchase process not stressful at all. I was looking at counties in the Albany and Dutchess County areas for a used, certified Subaru Outback a few years old with low mileage from a Subaru Dealership. I called Manny and got information I needed, then was directed Mitch for sales, made the appointment for test drive, put a deposit on it, and finally spoke to Rich to take care of financing and warranty. I’ve never experience a dealership like this before. All personnel I had discussions with were friendly with a relaxed attitude which made me encounter no stress by any ‘high pressure’ tactics. A day or two later I picked up my mint condition Subaru Outback that was sparkling clean and looked brand new. I can honestly and truthfully understand why Brewster Subaru is New York State’s top rated Subaru Dealership 5 years in a row (2018-22) and counting.
